We have set out on an unforgettable adventure of picking tangerines in the beautiful nature of the Neretva area this year, too. From what we hear from our guests, they returned from the excursion full of impressions and many of them are returning again and again… the Apartments Ivop Živogošće are 50 kilometres away from the delta of the Neretva River which is known for the cultivation of tangerines and to experience all the charms of this fruitful climate, the best would be for you to come!

Our family decided not only to offer accommodation, but also to enrich the range of tourist products for our guests in Živogošće with new contents. Before the very dinner we are taking you for a relaxing stroll on the surrounding hiking trails and when you get a bit hungry we will move to the natural ambient of our ranch where you can enjoy the food and drink surrounded by the beauty of olive and almond trees. The dinner starts with a homemade aperitif – wine , brandy or a soft drink – and we are proud of the fact that Živogošće has access to clean spring water which we absolutely recommend you to try. Then treat yourself to with a dinner of grilled meat or fish soaked with homemade olive oil and a side dish of tasty and juicy Dalmatian vegetables. We also organize dinner for our guests’ children and after dinner we can socialize with a drink and stories of past times and customs from our region. Apartments Ivop Živogošće are thus just a part of our range of tourist products and in case you visit us in the off-season, our olive grove offers you the possibility to try your hand at olive picking.

There is nothing wrong with going away somewhere outside the summer season for a weekend trip or to take a few days off during the time when your friends are returning back from the sea. Furthermore, arriving in the post-season is cheaper 15 – 20 % from the standard summer stay. Whether we are talking about a short trip to the sea, a travel through or a business trip, we offer our guests holidays in one of our 6 apartments in Živogošće. We admit that when thinking about Dalmatia, the first thought that comes to our minds is the sea, sunbathing and heats. However, imagine the arrival of a beautiful, fragrant autumn in our area.
Have you experienced such Dalmatia? Namely, Semptember and October are the most beautiful months of the year, since it is always pleasant and sunny in Živogošće due to the Mediterranean climate. Naturally, swimming is, in this case, in the background, as the sea is a bit colder. But, another apsect of the sea besides swimming becomes prominent – fishing. In September starts the traditional squid fishing in Živogošće, so the guests of the Apartments Ivop Živogošće can embark on such an adventure. Shortly before the autumn, as on the continent, starts the grape harvest in Dalmatia as well, but also the harvest of figs, pomegranates and tangerines. It is a real pity not to taste that which has just been picked in our surrounding area. Also, shortly before autumn, wine and brandy are traditionally made in Živogošće, and our family produces Prosecco and brandy enriched with figs and Mediterranean herbs. Autumn in Dalmatia offers all this .
We try to make the stay of our guests in the Ivop apartments more beautiful and pleasant. Therefore, we have recently equipped all our apartments with a state of the art Time Reader to read the consumption of the air conditioning . We would like to remind you that all the apartments are fully-equipped , with Wi-Fi Internet and satellite TV. There is also a parking space provided to our guests in front of the aparments. We would like to recommend you coming from September onwards, as there are no crowds after that time of the year, and an autumn holiday with as much more possible affordable prices than during the summer season.

The vicinity of Herzegovina, i.e. the city of Mostar, as well as the vicinity of Dubrovnik offers a possibility for unforgettable trips.
